150 MILE CHALLENGE
By choosing this challenge, you'll run, walk and/or hike 150 miles in approx 4 months (122 days) or less entirely on your own. The Challenge begins on March 5th and ends on July 5th. No retroactive mileage allowed. You'll register for the challenge and log your miles through RunSignUp, which will track your progress throughout your challenge journey. The leaderboard will be based on distance completed, not pace. This challenge is great for all ages and abilities...beginners to advanced runners and walkers. 150 miles in 122 days is 1.2 miles a day on average.
400 MILE CHALLENGE
By choosing this challenge, you'll run, walk and/or hike 400 miles in approx 4 months (122 days) or less SOLO or with a TEAM of friends (max of 5 people). The Challenge begins on March 5th and ends on July 5th. No retroactive mileage allowed. You'll register for the challenge and log your miles through RunSignUp, which will track your progress throughout your challenge journey. The leaderboard will be based on distance completed, not pace. This challenge is great for advanced runners and walkers. 400 miles in 122 days is 3.28 miles a day on average. Your team may divide up the miles however you'd like!
By choosing to complete the challenge with a team, you can have up to 5 MEMBERS PER TEAM and you can divide up the miles however you like to complete the goal. The results will display as individual results and Team Results. There will be prizes for Top Finishing teams! Each teammate will receive their own Medal and Goods in the mail. To REGISTER as a Team: The first teammate to register will create the team. Then all teammates thereafter will join that team when they register. Teammates don't have to complete the miles together or live in the same town! Each teammate will log their miles through their own RunSignUp account and the miles will be allocated to your team's total miles!
Registration will open November 10th & is limited to 1500 participants! This challenge will sell out fast. Everyone will begin the challenge on Saturday, March 5th at 12:00am EST!

FREE shipping for USA orders. International participants are welcome, but an additional shipping fees will apply. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Packages will be shipped approximately in Mid-May 2022.
For tracking your distance and time, you can use whatever app or system that works best for you (Garmin, MapMyRun, Strava, etc). Once you register, you'll be able to MANUALLY log all of your miles through your RunSignUp account until you complete the challenge. We'll track your progress and you can see how all the other participants are doing as well. Leaderboard will be based on distance, not pace! This is about endurance, not speed. To keep it flexible for all of the participants, we are not requiring you to sync or upload your .FIT or GPX files! Your mileage entries will be manual and you can use whatever tracking or fitness app you'd like.
THE CAUSE ♥♥♥
A portion of all entries will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude's has helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago. All research and treatment breakthroughs are shared freely to help doctors and scientists save lives worldwide. St. Jude's families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food because of donations like yours! Your entry fee is helping save the lives of little ones!
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is especially important to Coach Lynn and Bonnie, the founders of Coach’s Oats. Five years ago, their granddaughter, Mia, was diagnosed with a serious brain tumor and was sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Nashville to receive a new and innovative treatment.
Mia’s tumor disappeared and she is now able to live a full, normal life with her family. She plays on a basketball team and loves spending time with her two older sisters. St. Jude handled Mia’s treatment, her family’s travel and so much more and never charged them a dime. We are proud to partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and continue to tell more stories like Mia’s.
